For over four decades, I've practised and taught mindfulness, bringing it into business, educational and personal settings. Author of a growing range of meditation books and resources, I offer a unique and powerful blend of mindful therapies.
Through mindful approaches and meditation, my clients learn to overcome life’s challenges, resolving physical and emotional issues that disrupt progress, creativity, artistry and performance. Sleep-issues and trauma-related problems are healed, renewing health, energy and zest for life.

A LITTLE MORE
About Me
It began with my beloved Grandma, whose octgenarian pictures illustrate this site (credits), and who inspires me still: “It’s never too late to learn!” In my 20s, as a shaky student wondering what to make of the world, I found myself learning Buddhist meditation – then, cool-but-freaky sounding. Still, I practised daily, and it gave me the strength and balance needed to gain three top class degrees, studying at Oxford University and later teaching at Cambridge University. It also set me out on an unexpected path of transformation. I learned first-hand to face challenges and overcome obstacles. Now I share what I have learned with others.
