Every aspect of the programme is led directly by me, Dr Elizabeth English, PhD. I take a limited number of clients so that I can give each person my best attention. This ensures that each person's progress is as fast and effective as possible, and allows me to respond in real-time to individual circumstances and challenges - to life as it happens.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE EACH WEEK?

The time you put in each week is entirely up to you. Full mentoring clients will have access to me, as coach, across the working week. This includes 1:1s, group coaching calls, and personal messages. If you are unavailable for some weeks, you can make up the missed time with flexible bookings.

  • All programmes include lifetime access to the online resources and course materials.

WHAT FORMAT DOES IT FOLLOW?

You can engage online, in person, or through a combination of both. Online course materials include audio, visual and written resources. Online meeting forum is usually Zoom (but can be the platform of your choice).
