WHO IS THIS PROGRAMME FOR?
These programmes are suitable for anyone who wants deep learning and real transformation. You may be a creative, an entrepreneur, a leader or manager – or simply someone keen to overcome challenges. Young professionals find these tools invaluable as they progress to more responsible posts, or face weighty career decisions or complex personal choices.
More mature participants re-inspire their working and personal lives, meeting old challenges with renewed energy, and startling new skills.
WHO TEACHES THE PROGRAMME?
Every aspect of the programme is led directly by me, Dr Elizabeth English, PhD. I take a limited number of clients so that I can give each person my best attention. This ensures that each person's progress is as fast and effective as possible, and allows me to respond in real-time to individual circumstances and challenges - to life as it happens.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROGRAMME LAST?

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE EACH WEEK?
The time you put in each week is entirely up to you. Full mentoring clients will have access to me, as coach, across the working week. This includes 1:1s, group coaching calls, and personal messages. If you are unavailable for some weeks, you can make up the missed time with flexible bookings.
All programmes include lifetime access to the online resources and course materials.
WHAT FORMAT DOES IT FOLLOW?
You can engage online, or in person, or both. The online forum is usually Zoom (but can be the platform of your choice).
HOW DO THE ONLINE COURSE MATERIALS WORK?
Online course materials include audio, visual and written resources. These are all based on the research-led mindfulness course that I devised for Cambridge University in 2014, and have delivered at the University for over a decade. (See The Lancet 2017 for research results).
HOW CAN I ENROL AND WHAT DOES IT COST?
Different price-brackets are available to suit your time and budget, with discounts for existing clients, and added discounts for recommendations.
